Mike Perry has a bold plan: steal the match with Mike Tyson from Jake Paul and fight for the UFC championship in a new weight class!

Mike Perry is determined to destroy Jake Paul’s great ambitions and pave the way for his own ambitious plans.
‘Platinum’ has been selected to face Paul on July 20 after ‘The Problem Child’s controversial fight with Mike Tyson was postponed.

Jake Paul vs. Mike Perry will take place on July 20 in Florida, live on DAZN PPV. Initially, Paul and Tyson were scheduled to meet on the same day. However, their heavyweight bout was postponed to November 15 after the boxing legend suffered a stomach ulcer on a flight to Los Angeles, leaving him unfit to fight this summer. If he defeats Perry and Tyson, Paul aims to compete for the cruiserweight world championship at the end of 2025.But Perry, a 5-0 bare-knuckle boxing champion and former UFC star, intends to stop Paul in part one of his three-step plan – and then stage his own fight with Tyson, next is a chance at UFC gold.

“I mean, hell, I could probably fight Mike Tyson from Jake,” Perry shared on Sean O’Malley’s YouTube channel.
For Perry, victories over Paul and Tyson are not only an opportunity to assert themselves, but also a stepping stone to bigger goals.

“I think I deserve it. But, does that change things? I mean, if people were going to buy for Jake, they’d already have Netflix. If they tuned in and did it for Jake already they think, ‘Oh, this guy beat Jake… this guy’s not a Disney kid and he’s just a real person.’ I’m a normal guy who practices martial arts, and now I have a big fight.”

“I don’t care about all the conditions, man. I just need to win this fight. And after that, the sky’s the limit.”
Perry didn’t just stop at defeating Paul and Tyson.

He is also targeting UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira. “I’m not going to lie, I thought about it, when I hit Jake, it was a warning for me… I want to duel Alex Pereira. Because who else the fuck is there for me to Duel again, man? He’s just beating everyone. I want to show everyone how skilled I am with my hands.”

Perry left the UFC in 2021 to pursue a bare-knuckle boxing career with BKFC and has not competed in MMA since. However, his aspirations have never been extinguished and he is always looking for new challenges to prove his talent.

For Mike Perry, the match with Jake Paul is just the beginning of a series of ambitious plans. He not only wants to prove himself as a talented fighter, but also wants to win major titles in the martial arts world. The upcoming confrontation promises to bring dramatic and equally exciting matches to fans around the world.
